It was a good trip with some good snow, good slopes, good accommodation and good company.

Japan has some great advantages for skiing. There is plenty of good snow, the time difference is only one hour, the travel time is less than other northern hemisphere destinations, the altitude is not high, there is no crime, the people are polite and friendly, costs are reasonable, and the food is good and varied.
