Effective from 16 December 2018, Shiki Niseko will be the home of the new Hyatt House Niseko!
The transformation reflects their commitment to providing stylish and comfortable surroundings integrated within a high-tech setting, values at the heart of the Hyatt House brand. The new Hyatt House Niseko will have additional facilities such as a fitness centre, restaurant and bar, and a renovated lobby. The Shiki building is currently being repositioned into a high-quality alpine lifestyle and hospitality venue with new restaurants, bars and additional facilities opening December 2018.
Hyatt House Niseko (previously Shiki Niseko) thrives on giving guests a glimpse into a self-contained abode that is reminiscent of a five-star boutique hotel. This Hirafu property features a luxurious foyer and an amalgamation of apartment-style facilities to cater to guests from all over the world, including a Michelin starred Japanese - French fusion restaurant — Kamimura, a high-end supermarket deli for all daily needs, and an international ATM.
These apartments offer 68 condominiums with premium fittings and furnishing, each room complete with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, adjoined by a distinguished open-plan living space fitted with floor-to-ceiling picture windows that overlooks the Niseko village or the ski slopes, depending which apartment you choose.
Breakfast is not included in your rate, however, there is a lovely café and a small supermarket on the ground floor that is open from as early as 7am (opening hours may differ based on season). For a large supermarket shop we recommend going into Kutchan town, 15 minutes drive away.
